Course Overview
In democratic governance and organizational leadership, character is the cornerstone of trust, credibility, and long-term impact. This course responds to the growing demand for leadership that is ethical, people-centered, and transformational within democratic contexts. It empowers leaders to develop a values-based leadership style rooted in personal integrity, institutional responsibility, and service to others. Participants will examine how character shapes leadership behavior, decision-making, and institutional culture, especially under the pressure of public scrutiny and competing interests.
